Isomalt, Calcium Carbonate, Sorbitol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Yeast, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Acacia Senegal Gum, Stevioside, Mentha Viridis Leaf Oil, Sodium Monofluorophosphate (1450ppm), Hydrated Silica, Kaolin, Magnesium Stearate, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Menthol, Mentha Piperita Oil, Silica, Limonene.

Pop a tab and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush.

Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth — that's the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

Brush before breakfast but if you must brush after we recommend you wait at least 30 minutes after eating.

Floss first, then brush for two minutes morning and night. Don't rinse straight after, and let the active ingredients keep working.

Pro whitening tabs

Started these 2 weeks ago and have seen a big improvement. Teeth are brighter and staining is reducing. Nice minty taste that is not overpowering. Would recommend.

Easy to use, boight tabs & toothpaste together, crunch a tab don't swallow straight away but brush teeth as normal & spit, no need to rinse.

Refreshing but too early to tell yet about stain removal as only used once.

Does a good job. Bit strange to start with and 5 seconds chewing doesn’t really break all the tab down or melt. But teeth feel nice and clean and smooth afterwards

Handy that they’re little dry pills, they travel well. I feel that they clean teeth pretty well & once you get used to not having a thick paste in your mouth they’re pretty great.

Great alternative to toothpaste

Easy to use and my teeth and mouth feel clean and fresh after using. Only slight issue is that the tablet froths up to quite a large amount, which can be a bit tricky.
