Pro Whitening combines 5% hydroxyapatite with 1,450ppm fluoride, bringing modern enamel science into the toothpaste you use every day. Hydroxyapatite is the mineral your enamel is made from. It deposits into microscopic surface defects, helping re-harden and strengthen enamel and creating a smoother surface that reflects more light, so teeth look glossier and whiter. It whitens by rebuilding, not bleaching.
The formula also contains xylitol, vitamin B12 and vitamin E, with no peroxide or charcoal. Vitamins are included as ingredients rather than carrying separate health claims.
Like every PÄRLA toothpaste, it's SLS-free, using a gentler coconut-derived cleanser instead. It's designed for twice-daily use, so whitening becomes part of your normal oral-care routine rather than another harsh treatment.
