Cut approximately 45cm of floss. Wind around your middle fingers and hold taut. Use a gentle rocking motion to work between teeth, don't snap it against the gum. Use a clean section for each gap. Floss before brushing for best results.
Floss once daily, ideally in the evening before brushing. Lead with flossing, then brush with Original or PRO tabs. Use fresh floss for each gap.
