The system provides you with a beautiful blend of products to cater for your oral health throughout the day. A toothpaste tab to use once in the morning and evening, a mouthwash to chew, swill and smile whilst on the go and a floss to ensure you are cleaning those hard to reach places.

PRO Whitening (62 tabs): HAp + fluoride toothpaste tabs with Vitamins B12 and E.
Mouthwash (45 tabs): Probiotic mouthwash tabs, alcohol-free, on-the-go freshness.
Floss: Plant-based, fluoride-coated floss in a refillable glass dispenser.
Brush: Moso bamboo handle with compostable castor bean bristles.
PRO Whitening tabs: Pop a tab and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush. Brush twice a day for 2 minutes — inside, outside and the chewing side of every tooth. Brush before breakfast, but if you must brush after, wait at least 30 minutes after eating.
Mouthwash tabs: Chew a tab, swish for 30–60 seconds, then spit. Best used midday or after meals, not in the evening as a substitute for brushing.
Floss: Use once daily, ideally in the evening before brushing. Take a fresh section for each gap between teeth.
Brush: Use with your toothpaste tabs twice daily. Replace every 2–3 months, or sooner if bristles start to fray.

Yes, this is the complete PÄRLA oral care regime as designed by our three founding dentists. PRO tabs for morning and evening brushing, Mouthwash for daytime freshness, Floss for interdental cleaning, and the Brush for your twice-daily routine. Nothing else is needed.
Morning: floss first, then brush with PRO. Midday: Mouthwash tab after lunch. Evening: floss again, then brush with PRO. Do not rinse after brushing, it washes away the fluoride.
The PRO 62 jar is roughly 1 month. Mouthwash 45 is 6–8 weeks. Floss is approximately 2 months. The Brush should be replaced every 2–3 months. Your subscription cadence aligns these into one quarterly delivery.
