Isomalt, Calcium Carbonate, Sorbitol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Yeast, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Acacia Senegal Gum, Stevioside, Mentha Viridis Leaf Oil, Sodium Monofluorophosphate (1450ppm), Hydrated Silica, Kaolin, Magnesium Stearate, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Menthol, Mentha Piperita Oil, Silica, Limonene.

Pop a tab and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush.

Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth — that's the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

Brush before breakfast but if you must brush after we recommend you wait at least 30 minutes after eating.

Floss first, then brush for two minutes morning and night. Don't rinse straight after, and let the active ingredients keep working.

Amazing for the Blind

I feel as though a massive benefit of these is just how good they are for the blind.

I myself am blind and have always hated brushing because getting the toothpaste on the brush has always been a difficult and messy process.

I know some blind people squirt the toothpaste directly into their mouth and then brush, but that was never for me.

These are perfect. They make tooth brushing a super clean and accessible experience.

I did used to work for a very famous ethical cosmetics brand who did toothpaste tablets, however I never got into using them as they omitted fluoride and the taste wasn't quite right.

The fact that this is dentist approved, and that on dragons den they said the taste was good gave me the confidence to take the plunge and I'm so glad I did.

Surprising

I was looking for a gentler toothcare product due to irritation in my mouth caused by several other brands. Couldn't see how this product could be effective but thought I'd give it a go. Felt like I'd stepped out of the dentists chair! Marvellous stuff.

Great dental tabs

I love the PÄRLA tooth tablets - the taste is very pleasant, they produce a good paste for cleaning the teeth and my mouth feels super-fresh after, with tooth enamel feeling extra smooth and shiny.
