Pop an ORIGINAL tablet and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush.

Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth - that’s the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

Brush before breakfast but if you must brush after we recommend you wait at least 30 minutes after eating.
