Rinse for 30–60 seconds after brushing. Do not swallow. Use once or twice daily, morning and/or evening, after brushing. No dilution required.

Yes, the formula is gentle enough for use alongside whitening treatments or after professional cleaning. It won't interfere with fluoride uptake when used after brushing.
