Isomalt, Calcium Carbonate, Sorbitol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Yeast, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Acacia Senegal Gum, Stevioside, Mentha Viridis Leaf Oil, Sodium Monofluorophosphate (1450ppm), Hydrated Silica, Kaolin, Magnesium Stearate, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Menthol, Mentha Piperita Oil, Silica, Limonene.

Pop a tab and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush.

Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth — that's the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

Brush before breakfast but if you must brush after we recommend you wait at least 30 minutes after eating.

Floss first, then brush for two minutes morning and night. Don't rinse straight after, and let the active ingredients keep working.

Great tablets

I’ve used the tablets for a few months and I think they do make a difference . I will try the other tube whitening , it took a couple of goes to get used to the tablets . They are easy to take away and no waste to throw away .

Pro white tabs

Delighted with these tablets, which do exactly as described. Stains are gradually being removed and my teeth are noticeably brighter. Also leaves a fresh taste in the mouth, just like a post dental visit.

Great product

This is a great product and my tooth sensitivity has definitely improved since using. Shame there’s no ‘middle’ pack size as the 248 tends to deteriorate before they’re all used if your a single household.

Liking them so far

Have been using Pro White tabs for several months and my teeth are happy, both my dentist and hygienist are pleased with my oral health and I find the routine so simple .

Easy to pack for travelling, easy to obtain on subscription so generally I am enjoying the product .
