The DUO provides you with a beautiful blend of products to cater for your oral health throughout the day. A toothpaste tab to use once in the morning and evening, a mouthwash to chew, swill and smile whilst on the go.

Original (62 tabs): Classic fluoride toothpaste tabs. 1450ppm fluoride + xylitol + zero plastic. The clean daily essential.
Mouthwash (45 tabs): Probiotic mouthwash tabs. Alcohol-free, microbiome-supporting rinse for fresh breath on the go.
Original tabs: Chew a tab for a few seconds to form a paste. Wet your brush. Brush for 2 minutes twice daily, inside, outside, and chewing surface of every tooth.
Mouthwash tabs: Chew a tab, swish for 30–60 seconds, spit. Best used midday or after meals, not in the evening as a brushing substitute.

Original is your clean, effective daily toothpaste, 1450ppm fluoride, xylitol, zero plastic. PRO adds hydroxyapatite for extra enamel remineralisation, plus Vitamins B12 and E. Both are excellent; PRO is the upgrade for anyone with sensitivity or whitening goals.
Tabs cover your morning and evening brush. Mouthwash fills the gap during the day, after lunch, before meetings, when you can't brush. Together they give you round-the-clock fresh breath and microbiome support without any liquids to carry around.
Original 62 is approximately 1 month of twice-daily use. Mouthwash 45 is 6–8 weeks at once daily. Both land in roughly the same refill window.
