Pop a tab and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush.

Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth — that's the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

Brush before breakfast but if you must brush after we recommend you wait at least 30 minutes after eating.

Floss first, then brush for two minutes morning and night. Don't rinse straight after, and let the active ingredients keep working.

Great idea

I am a dentist with 34 years experience . I and all my family use Parla and have been doing so since it first appeared . I tried it primarily for environmental reasons but have found it’s actually a great toothpaste . Takes a while to get used to crunching the tablets but I wouldn’t go back to traditional toothpaste now. It is great for tooth sensitivity as well and I recommend it to all my patients
