The DUO provides you with a beautiful blend of PRO WHITENING Toothpaste Tabs and our PROBIOTIC MOUTHWASH Tabs to cater for your oral health throughout the day. Our PRO WHITENING toothpaste tabs to use once in the morning and evening, and a MOUTHWASH Tab to chew, swill and smile whilst on the go.

PRO Whitening (62 tabs): Hydroxyapatite + 1450ppm fluoride toothpaste tabs. Clinical whitening and enamel remineralisation, plus Vitamins B12 and E.
Mouthwash (45 tabs): Probiotic mouthwash tabs. Alcohol-free, microbiome-supporting rinse for on-the-go freshness.
PRO tabs: Chew a tab for a few seconds to form a paste. Wet your brush. Brush for 2 minutes twice daily, inside, outside, and chewing surface of every tooth.
Mouthwash tabs: Chew a tab, swish for 30–60 seconds, spit. Use after breakfast or lunch, not in the evening, as it's not a substitute for brushing.
Morning: floss, then PRO tab + brush · Mouthwash after lunch · Evening: floss, then PRO tab + brush. Do not rinse after brushing.

No, Mouthwash is designed as a daytime complement to brushing, not a replacement. For your evening routine, brush with PRO tabs as normal. Use mouthwash midday after meals.
The PRO 62 jar is approximately 1 month of twice-daily use. The Mouthwash 45 is approximately 6–8 weeks at once daily. Your Duo should roughly align if used as directed.
