Pop a tab and chew for 5 seconds before brushing as normal with a wet toothbrush.

Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using the PÄRLA BRUSH (or an electric brush). Make sure you clean every surface of every tooth — that's the inside, the outside and the chewing side!

Brush before breakfast but if you must brush after we recommend you wait at least 30 minutes after eating.

Floss first, then brush for two minutes morning and night. Don't rinse straight after, and let the active ingredients keep working.

Best toothpaste tablets ever

I’ve been using toothpaste tablets for several years and have tried a few different ones, all of them ok - these were recommended by my dental practice and they’re so much better - they leave my teeth feeling cleaner, smoother, stronger and rid of and black tea and red wine staining! I look forward to clean my teeth now!

Good for sensitive teeth and whitening

I've been using these for quite a long time now, so obviously like using them,. They're good for sensitive teeth and better at whitening than other t/pastes I've used

Great product

Whilst not cheap Parla Pro works really well for my sensitive teeth and they have a lovely pepperminty taste.

I only discovered these toothpaste tablets after developing an allergy to an ingredient increasingly used by the major toothpaste manufacturers. Toothpaste tablets take a bit of getting used to but I would not make the switch back to squishy tubes. This minimal packaging is better for the environment too!

Very happy.

Great product, and plastic free, and it's British! I'm a scuba diving instructor, and do a underwater beach clean, once a week! Am always finding toothpaste tubes, and they are made in Poland!
