Bio Balance combines advanced oral microbiome technology with the proven fundamentals of everyday oral care. Its microbiome-friendly formula is designed to work with your mouth's natural bacteria, not against them, while 1,450ppm fluoride provides the cavity protection your teeth still need.
At the heart of the formula is a heat-treated Lactobacillus plantarum strain on a natural acacia gum carrier, alongside xylitol and a gentle mineral polish. It supports a healthy oral microbiome, helps maintain healthy gums and supports long-term oral health.
The rest of the formula follows the same philosophy. No SLS, no antibacterial actives, no preservatives and no artificial flavours. Instead, it cleans with a gentle coconut-derived cleanser, uses real peppermint and spearmint oils, and is sweetened with xylitol and stevia.
Designed by dentists and made in the UK, Bio Balance is vegan and comes in plastic-free aluminium tubes.

Apply a pea-sized amount to your toothbrush. Brush twice daily for 2 minutes, inside, outside, and the chewing surface of every tooth. Wait at least 30 minutes after eating before brushing.
